Step one of two

Your details

A minute or two, and then you choose which disciplines to answer for. Rough numbers are fine, and only the questions marked with a star are needed.

About you

None of this changes your result, and none of it is needed to get one. It is here so a profile can be found again later, and so a coach reading one knows whose it is. Leave any of it blank and the rest of the page still works.

Used to send you a sign-in link and to find your profile again on another device. Nothing else.

Optional, and not checked by us. It is here so a drop zone can match you to their own records, where they can see your certificates and currency.

Your crests

What you say here is self-reported and stays that way. We cannot check it and we do not try to. A coach or a drop zone can confirm what you hold from their own records, and that is the confirmation that counts.

Not sure what you hold? The Australian Parachute Federation has a public member lookup and most flyers have never opened it. It shows what is actually recorded against your membership, which is not always what you remember.

That page asks for your membership number and your date of birth. We do not want your date of birth and we do not ask for it anywhere on this site. You give it to the federation, not to us.

Look up your own record, opens in a new tab

Your jumping

Currency matters more than the lifetime total. An honest number here makes the profile useful.

Head up, head down, angles or dynamic. A best guess is fine.

Leave blank or put zero if none. Tunnel time counts toward some units, but never toward the assessment jumps.

The International Bodyflight Association progression. Leave as none if you have not been signed off.

Australian certificate levels. If you jump under another federation, pick the closest equivalent.

Your gear

This does not change your result. It gets flagged so you and a coach can see it.

What do you jump with for altitude awareness?

Tick everything you use. A visual altimeter is assumed, so it is not listed.

Is your rig freefly suitable, with a tight pouch and pud, covered bridle, secure riser covers, and a good fit on you?

If you are not sure, that is worth a rigger looking at before the weekend.
